At HypeBerry Co., we want every customer to love what they ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a full refund within 10 days of purchase on eligible items. To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Please include clear photos if:

    • Your product arrived damaged

    • Your order was incorrect

    • The item wasn’t what you expected

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different size, style, or product, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of purchase. Just send us your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll take care of the rest.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will always be clearly noted on the product page.
